Refund Policy

At Idomit, we want you to be fully satisfied with the products and services you purchase from us. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please let us know.

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If you purchased as a customer, haven’t started downloading, activating or authorising the product and it’s been less than 7 days since we accepted your order, you can get a full refund for any reason.

Beyond the 7 day period from purchase, We may offer a refund in following situations :

  • In the case of billing errors on Idomit side
  • You’ve found a bug, contacted Idomit Technical Support Team, and we were unable to solve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
  • Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed.
  • If you would like to upgrade a Regular license to Extended license. ( I.e. From Single site License to Multi-site License )

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases :

  • You no longer wish to use the plugin. You temporarily needed it but don’t need it anymore.
  • Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
  • You reported an issue but do not wish to co-operate with us to help troubleshoot it.
  • You misunderstood what the product does. Through our landing page copy, we have explained everything in detail, leaving no space for confusion.
  • You requested for a new feature which is not present in the actual software sold.

Customers are also advised to note:

  • This refund policy is subject to, and should be read in conjunction with the Website Terms and Conditions.
  • We are unable to offer refunds in form of Virtual Cash/credit or exchange. All refunds will be refunded via the original payment method.
  • All refund requests must be received within 30 days of purchase.

If you believe that you qualify for a refund, please email on [email protected] with following information :

  • Your order number
  • Your Idomit Store registered email address

If you’re qualified for refund and requested for the same by contacting our support team, We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. If you have not received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially issued. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Idomit Solutions Pvt Ltd. By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
